Shipping policy

1. Delivery area

We deliver goods within Germany to the delivery address provided during checkout.

2. Shipping costs

Standard shipping within Germany: €4.90.
Standard shipping within Germany is free for orders of €50.00 or more.

The shipping costs applicable to your order are shown at checkout before you place your order.

3. Availability and delivery times

Unless a different delivery period is stated for the particular product, delivery within Germany takes 3–5 working days from conclusion of the contract or, where advance payment has expressly been agreed, from receipt of payment. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please check the availability information for each item. If a different delivery time applies to an item, it will be stated in the relevant offer. Information on how the contract is concluded is available in our terms and conditions.

4. Digital gift cards

Digital gift cards are sent by email. There are no shipping charges for delivery of a digital gift card, and no physical card is sent by post. If you order goods together with a digital gift card, the shipping conditions above apply to the goods.

5. Damage in transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report the damage to the delivery carrier where possible and contact us at info@magic-candles.de. Photos of the packaging and damaged items help us process your request.

This is a voluntary request. Not reporting damage immediately or not providing photos does not affect your statutory warranty rights or right of withdrawal.
